Is it a bit unsettling that Russia’s newest low-fare carrier has adopted the colors identified with the Soviet Union? Coincidence, or part of the “Putin restoration”?

It is a worrying sign. Thye have blown the dust off their Bomber fleet. Hasn’t someone told them that the cold war is over. Mind you they are a bit backward at times I guess they aren’t that used to democracy. They seem to like being the backyard bully, ask Estonia, or Latvia or the Ukraine recently and it all points to the fact that the Russian Bear wants to be a bullyboy fascist stalinistic thug again!
I hit the submit button too early! What I really think is it is postering! They want to be taken seriously and of course Iraq has overshadowed them.
They are on the move and sometimes a little attention seeking behaviour gives a wake up call.
The USA has been a little single minded for good reason after 9/11. So sometimes attention seeking behaviour gets results.
I certainly hope that Russia is only saying “Don’t Forget us!” and anyone would be a fool if they did.
I think that my first comment was too rash! I do think they deserve more attention, a cold war even of words is even a waste of time.
